Architect / Founding Partner

Alişan Çırakoğlu is a registered architect and part time instructor at Bilgi University. After graduating from Faculty of Architecture of Middle East Technical University in 1996 Cirakoglu took his master’s degree from the same faculty. He worked at several architectural companies in Ankara and Istanbul until he established his own practice in 2000. Currently he is practicing in Istanbul at Cirakoglu Architects. He has won several prizes and honorable mentions including three first prizes in national competitions.

In 2008 Cirakoglu was chosen the Young Architect of the year by Arkitera Architecture Center. Together with Ilgın Avcı, he won National Architectural Prize in 2014 and  the Turgut Cansever Prize in 2016
